Many of us, if not all of us, come to turning moments of realizing we need a change in our lives. Personally, I've lost count of the amount of times I have had those moments. It feels like an interesting headspace of brainstorming ways to get your life better (somethings gotta give right?) and a splash of avoidance at the same time (because we have a panel of different versions of ourselves in our heads to give us the best answers). Once the part of us comes up with that answer on how we can better our lives, the part of us that was avoiding that truth that something positive can make a wonderful and effortless change in our lives, that moment is spectacular and sets off a chain reaction.
