Being in the fitness and nutrition space for many years, objectively getting myself to understand my own deficit has been a mystery that I've let go on for way too long. I finally figured it out and I'm feeling the pull to share about my experience in hopes to either educate someone who would also appreciate a more raw explanation on how to find your calorie deficit because to me "Eat less than what you burn" didn't make sense to me when there's also people out there that reverse diet and somehow also lose fat. I have alot to share.
